Officer Glennon Jasper succumbed to injuries received ten days earlier when he was struck by a vehicle. On January 19, 1964, Officer Jasper was checking a vehicle parked on the street at Lillian and Riverview, and as he walked alongside of it he was struck by another car. He suffered head injuries and a fractured right leg. He was released then readmitted to the hospital. He may have suffered a blood clot complicated by pneumonia.
Officer Jasper served with the agency for 19 years, joining in 1945. He was survived by his wife. Interred: Calvary Cemetery.
