Correctional Officer John Bowe died from complications as the result of contracting COVID-19 in the line of duty at the Missouri Eastern Correctional Center in Pacific, Missouri.
Officer Bowe had served with the Missouri Department of Corrections for 16 years. He is survived by his wife and two daughters.
